Returning Products

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item (excluding non-returnable products), we will be happy to refund in full or exchange, if it is in full re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within reasonable time (usually 30 days) and in original undamaged packaging. Please contact us before arranging the return of the goods.

Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us within 24 hours of receiptand confirm either by:

• Emailing us at info@365healthcare.com or

• In writing within 3 days of delivery

For both unwanted or faulty goods, please call our customer service team on 01905 778 365 or 01530 278 111 (Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm) to obtain details on how to return your product and obtain a refund.

Please note that there may be a collection charge for any items returned.
