Delivery Services & Costs
• This service applies to all orders for delivery to a UK mainland address*
• We work hard to keep delivery costs to a minimum. Delivery methods and costs are determined by the delivery destination and the orders' weight and bulk.
Delivery is by Royal Mail for small orders, our own vehicles or third party courier services. The delivery service options and costs your order are shown at the checkout.
Delivery to remote and offshore postcode zones may incur a surcharge.
All orders over £250 (excl. VAT) are delivery free of charge.
Orders are processed Mondays-Fridays only. We aim to despatch all orders for delivery within 3 working days.
If you have a preferred delivery date, please add this information as a delivery comment when completing the checkout process and we'll do our best to meet your requirements.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day. Details of delivery services over public holiday periods inc. Easter & Christmas will be advertised on this site nearer the time.
Remote & Offshore Areas
For remote & offshore areas, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. As above, we are unable to offer premium delivery services to these areas. If you require delivery to an address within a postcode zone listed below, a surcharge will be applied at the checkout based on the order value and delivery methods available:

Our products are exported to countries worldwide. At present we can only arrange to a UK destination of your choice, this may be your selected freight forwarding agent for example. If you would to arrange order payment in Euros or US Dollars, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
The vast majority of products advertised on this website are stocked items. These products will feature either an 'In Stock' or 'Out of Stock' message on the product listing page.
If a product is 'Out of Stock' you can still order and pay for the item. We will contact you to discuss when the product will be back in stock and arrange the order, or issue a refund.
If you are a trade customer of 365 Healthcare with agreed contract terms, please note that your contracted delivery charges will be applied at the checkout (once you have logged into the site).
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item (excluding non-returnable products), we will be happy to refund in full or exchange, if it is in full re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within reasonable time (usually 30 days) and in original undamaged packaging. Please contact us before arranging the return of the goods.
Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us within 24 hours of receipt and confirm either by:

• In writing within 3 days of delivery
For both unwanted or faulty goods, please call our customer service team on 01905 778 365 or 01530 278 111 (Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm) to obtain details on how to return your product and obtain a refund.
