365 Healthcare & Shermond become 365 Healthcare

Shermond Company Update
As you may be aware the Shermond business and 365 Healthcare have been operating jointly for some time now under the shared ownership of Bunzl Plc. With a combined portfolio of over 1,000 product lines we share our warehouse, QA and regulatory departments and we are shortly about to replace the current websites with a new e-commerce site to handle both the Shermond and 365 portfolio.
As part of the merger we have decided to operate the business under one common trading entity which will be known as 365 Healthcare going forward. The name change and our new logo will be phased in across the various elements of our business over the next few months.
All customer services phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same, as will our terms of trade. As a unified business 365 Healthcare remain committed to cutting the cost of care without clinical compromise and we look forward to continuing to serving you, our customers.
